GREAT, BUT NEEDS TWO THINGS!

September 2017

STEVE D. Overall, it was great. However why in the world aren't there any towel bars in the bathrooms? No where to put wet towels? And the front door needs leveling. Very difficult to close properly. Same for the shower door. It needs leveling. Otherwise a great spot.

NICE QUIET LOCATION, FUNKY LAYOUT

January 2018

Marci M. This location is great. You can experience Vail wo being in the busy fray. The easy walk to a bus stop is key, since parking in Vail is notoriously difficult/expensive. The condo is nice for 2 people. It looks much bigger in the photos, so we had planned to invite our 3 children. Good thing it didn't work out for them to come, as it would have been super tight. Only 1 couch for living room furniture. No place to hang out really. Steep wooden stairs would be dangerous for little ones and not best for older knees- like mine! It is dated, like most of these places, and the toaster is broken. But it is clean and has a very nice shower up the crazy stairs.

IT'S A GOOD LOCATION

February 2018

STEVE D. It's a little old but been remodeled. The stairs in this unit are SO steep they are downright scary! DO NOT bring children with you to this one. The parents will be a nervous wreck! The place needs a few things maintained (such as the front door barely shuts, the shower door glass is crooked, and there aren't any towel racks anywhere so towels end up all over the place). Nicely remodeled and well located. Very small living area with a couch that seats four maybe.

EAST VAIL CONDO REVIEW

March 2020

Had some minor cleanliness and maintenance and amenity issues, and the slanted & low ceilings were not good for average height men, but location was good, and price was better than many places of similar size & amenities within same distance of Vail Village & close to a shuttle bus stop. Could also use better or more pillows for a better nights sleep. But, I'm sure it is not easy keeping a place optimal for use when many different people use it throughout the year.
