April 2019

Overall our stay was comfortable. The house was close To shopping and not far from downtown Asheville. Average Uber was about $25, when there’s surge pricing it’s $50. There were small ants in the kitchen, but overall the house was clean. The master bathroom could use and upgrade and curtains. The sliding glass doors were very heavy and did not easily slide. The water fluctuated from extremely cold to extremely cold when showering in this particular bathroom. The pictures of the house show a very well lit home, but this is a little misleading. The house is off of a busy road and you can hear cars passing all night.

Was perfect for a weekend bachelor party! I would advise staying here during more mild weather months as without A/C it did get a little warm at night and it's May. I imagine during June/July it will get quite warm. But we were very happy with our stay. Only complaint would be that we were unable to find a plug that the upstairs window unit power cord would reach so we were unable to use it for those staying upstairs where it did get pretty warm during both night and day.

Hannah K. Overall, it was a good experience. The upstairs of the house could have definitely been cleaner. There were many opened toiletry bottles in the upstairs tub and the tub itself was streaked with dirt. The upstairs bedrooms were dusty and had many cobwebs. There was an empty mountain dew can left in one of the rooms. I also reviewed on AirBnB.

Kindal B. Let's see... I've tried to call several times to get a full refund and was told "NO".

Our kitchen was full of sugar ants. There was construction going on the property which we weren't told about. It was right outside the main bathroom (on the floor level) which had no window coverings. I literally had to crawl into the shower. We had ZERO hot water the entire stay, even though I reached out immediately about this. And the cable didn't work. Once again, I had reached out about this as well. It was by far the worst stay I've had at a rental and was extremely disappointed. I received a partial refund but let's face it... I should have gotten more. I will never recommend or use this service again which is sad because i host women's fitness retreats multiple times a year.
