Flexible Cancellation Policy In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation must be notified  by email by the party leader whose name appears on the booking form. Cancellation will incur the following:
Cancelling up to 30 days before arrival 100% refundable minus $10 processing refund fee.
Cancelling up to 14 days before arrival all monies will be refunded minus $250 dollars or the cost of the first night stay whatever is Higher.
If full cancellation or individual nights is given 13 days out from arrival date 50 % of total rental amount is refundable .
If you cancel booking or individual dates less than 7 days from arrival date – no refund would be given-.
No refunds for early departure or unused dates during reservation.
Holiday season crossing these dates Christmas New Years Easter If you cancel booking or individual dates less than 30 to 45 days from arrival date depending on occupancy percentage  – no refund would be given*Note* : If you booked through a channel where they charged a traveler fee or a service booking fee, It would be the channel responsibility to refund or not those fees (we don’t collect that) .

*CHANGE DATES * If only dates needs to changed and we are notified within enough time before arrival date (30 to 14 days )we will changed without a problem and we will do all our efforts to offer same apartment and if is not available we will offer an equivalent one, if you push dates for a future month reservation can not be cancelled using the new date as policy 

IMPORTANT FOR DATES CHANGES :If there is a difference in the rate for the new dates and these are higher, you must pay the difference, also if the rate is lower for the new dates, you will not be eligible for a refund of that difference.*

Cancelación Flexible 

Cancelación hasta 30 días antes de la llegada 100% reembolsable menos un cargo por reembolso de  $ 10 dólares americanos  o su equivalente
Cancelación hasta 14 días antes de la llegada parcialmente reembolsable menos el equivalente a la Primera noche de estancia o $250 dólares americanos lo que resulte mas alto.
Si la cancelación se hace 7 a 13 días antes de la fecha de llegada, el 50% del monto total del alquiler es reembolsable. 
Si cancelan la reserva o fechas individuales con menos de 7 días de la fecha de llegada, no se otorgará ningún reembolso. 
No hay reembolsos por salidas anticipadas o fechas no utilizadas durante la reserva. 
Temporada Prime Navidad Fin de año, pascua si cancelación gratuita de 30 a 45 días dependiendo de el porcentaje de ocupación . 
Si cancela numero de noches parciales o estancia completa no habra reembolso por las no usados ni tampoco por salidas previas al día de salida reservado 
 Nota : Si reservó a través de un canal en el que le cobraron un cargo por servicio, sera responsabilidad del canal reembolsar o no ese monto.
 CAMBIO DE FECHAS 
Si esta ocupando un voucher o credito de una reserva anterior ese tipo de reservación se rige por los términos de ese voucher y los vouchers o creditos no son reembolsables 
Si está volviendo a reservar Y esta nueva reserva  se esta utilizando un voucher de crédito, la política que viene en ese voucher es la única que prevalece para esa nueva reserva
 Los huéspedes no pueden volver a reservar usando el voucher  y luego solicitar la cancelación utilizando la nueva política de cancelación ya que Todos los vales o vouchers de crédito de viaje se pueden canjear por una reserva pero no se pueden canjear ni cobrar (no se aplica reembolso para los vales)
Si solo se necesita cambiar las fechas y se nos notifica dentro de los 7 a 13 días anteriores a la fecha de llegada, las cambiaremos sin problema y haremos todos nuestros esfuerzos para ofrecer el mismo apartamento y, si este no estuviera disponible, ofreceremos uno equivalente.
IMPORTANTE PARA CAMBIOS DE FECHAS: Si hay una diferencia en la tarifa para las nuevas fechas y estas son más altas, debe pagar la diferencia, también si la tarifa son más bajas para las nuevas fechas, no sera elegible para reembolso de esa diferencia .
