Don and Sheryl J. We have stayed in unit 502 for the last ten years during the months of January and February and for the past two years, November thru February. We have become good friends with out owners and take good care of their rental. It has always been comfortable and owner Pearl sees that I have good quality cookeware as I like to cook. Love this place!

Don and Sheryl J. We have decided that TurnKey has finally realized that those of us who stay on the island from Nov. to Mar. are a community and are used to dealing with owners/staff as a part of their family. We are not your "Stay in South France for a week!" renters and resent being treated like we are stupid just because we are over 70! Most of us can use the internet but do expect a personal answer when things do not gel. I was teaching computer ed before some of you were born and if you think I am not up-to-date, think again. And I and my tax person do expect more than the term "miscellaneous" to describe a $3000 bill on my business card. Thanks to our owner we got that back but no receipts for Jan. and Feb. That would be nice for next year's taxes. We will be on the island for 4 months next year. Let's see how much your "don't know" staff can learn by then. It's called a learning curve! Sheryl Jones

Lisa M. We spent a 4 day mother daughter vacation in unit 502, which is on the top floor. The unit had new counter tops, and was decorated nicely. It could use some work but was clean. Using the bath towels was like drying with sand paper..the front door and door leading out to the balcony were warped and very hard to open and close. The instructions provided by Turnkey need to be updated as they mention a deadbolt needing to be turned to enter and there is none. It is a keypad entry system. There are info sheets in the condo that state an 11:00 checkout time, but Turnkey said we had to be out by 10:00. I took a pic of the sheet and sent it to them and they said “that’s the condos info, and we signed the agreement with Turnkey. ??? Not sure why they would need us out 5 hours before the next guests checkin. We won’t select a property managed by Turnkey I’m the future.
In all it was a great trip and the views were amazing!

Aaron F. The condo was great with plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen, and clean. A few nitpicks were a dirty AC filter, WiFi instructions that didn’t work, and very bright, high windows without curtains.

But what was really disappointing was that the HOW has rules against charging a car. I called in advance and was assured that there were plugs and that I could plug in. When I got there and plugged in, the breakers were turned off. Management wouldn’t let maintanence turn them in due to HOA rules.
