I WILL RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN!

July 2015

Changhyun H. It is really a great place for our group. I had a great time with my friends. We were impressed with the space. Outside was cool, fresh air. The hosts kindly welcomed us with some presents. If our next travel to Seattle is possible, I will rent this house again. Thanks, Andy and Lynne!

AMAZING PLACE WITH A LOT OF CHARACTER

February 2016

Nicholas D. Amazing place with a lot of character. Love the coffee shop a half block away, and super convenient to Capitol Hill and the rest of Seattle. Andy and Lynne are great hosts, easy to work with and handle all logistics, and will help make your trip to Seattle an amazing experience.

IF YOU ARE A LARGE GROUP, STAY HERE

April 2016

Kristen Z. This home was wonderful, just as described. We arrived to a bottle of wine and a very nice note from our hosts. Also, prior to arriving, the hosts send an amazing guide to the city, listing things to do etc. to make sure you get the most out of your stay. The hosts are very responsive by email, phone and text. The house was cleaned spotless. The home has brand new furniture, nice large beds, comfy couches, a fully loaded kitchen with cooking ware and dishes, a large table and a beautiful patio. This home sleeps 16-18 as there are 7 large beds and 2 large couch beds. Extra blankets, and pillows provided! Pillow Fort! The keyless entry is absolutely perfect for larger parties. Plus this home is very spacious and has a nice open upstairs floor plan. The game room was a nice touch with the piano and air hockey, pool table, table tennis, and soccer table in one. It also has a poker table if you feel like taking money from your friends!!!! It has a BBQ, and an entire patio setup as well. Eating out can be expensive so we were able to walk 5 min to the grocery store grab some essentials and cook breakfast and lunch at the house, eating it outside on the lovely patio. The bathrooms came with great name brand Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner, so nice to have when you travel instead of packing a bunch of mini bottles. There are plenty of towels too. The location of this home was perfect. Very quiet, nice neighborhood, with a beautiful outdoor view. Additionally, it was less than 10 minutes to Pike Place Market, very close to downtown and completely affordable, especially when you see how much places in downtown are. Plus, parking was easy. To get to the ferry to Bainbridge and other islands from this house by car is 15 minutes, downtown Seattle 7-10, space needle 10-15 min, local bars like the Rabbit Hole 10-15, Capitol Hill 5-7 min, Ballard (great food and dessert spots) 25 minutes, wine tasting at Chateau St. Michelle and Woodinville Whiskey 25 -35 min depending on traffic, about 50 bucks lift, but well worth it. The whiskey spot is ON POINT. If you are going to come to Seattle and have a large party you need to stay in this house. I expect people to want to travel all over and this is very central. Plus, the hosts are way more awesome than any Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Also, they have several houses in the area in various sizes, so if you have a smaller party you should look up his other listings. All of them are lovely and close by. When we go back to Seattle, depending on our party size, we will rent one of their homes. BOTTOM LINE: Looking for a great/central location, well maintained, fully loaded home in a nice, and safe area, STAY HERE!

EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH OUR STAY!

April 2016

Rosa E. My family stayed at The Big Top from April 24 to 27. We were extremely happy with our stay and recommend the home to anyone interested in enjoying Seattle from the comfort of a beautiful, private, well-equipped home. The 5 bedrooms were extremely comfortable providing more than enough space for our large family. The living room was large and airy, the kitchen well equipped to cook gourmet meals for a large group, and the oversized dining table (seating 12) provided ample space to enjoy meals without feeling cramped. The basement contained a fully equipped laundry, allowing us to travel home with clean clothes and a game room that was well enjoyed by our children. Best of all was the back deck, accessible from the kitchen and dining room. Containing a large gas grill, table and chairs to enjoy meals outside, and a lounge chair for relaxing, the deck provided privacy and a view that was second to none. I highly recommend The Big Top. Andy and Lynne were accommodating and responsive to our needs. Our family is already planning our return trip next year, looking forward to making another stay at the house a focus of our stay!
