Nicely decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. Walk to Eagle Express! This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building. Enjoy a full kitchen, flat screen TV with DVR, stereo and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king with a flat screen TV and there is a bunk bed with a full size bottom and twin top in the living room. This unit WiFi internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line.This unit is not pet friendly. All Mammoth Reservations guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 some complex facilities and amenities may not be available. These may include but are not limited to: pools, spas, recreation rooms, sauna’s, tennis courts, fitness rooms and public gathering spaces. CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
-Must pick up keys from reservation office beforehand
-Property management company, not individual owner, so the instructions are pretty generic and not tailored to the individual unit. For example, it was hard to find out which building the unit was located in...there is no map of the complex provided and the only way to know which unit you are in was to find the name of the building on the front of the unit...had to go round the block twice. Equally hard to find entrance to parking structure since complex faces two separate streets and building name is only on one side.
-Would feel more comfortable during pandemic if housekeepers placed a sheet in unit detailing their cleaning procedure and that all things were "checked off". Of course we still disinfected ourselves.
-No outdoor entrance...have to go up stairs and through common areas to get to front door.
-If you have sporting equipment, such as expensive bicycles, or paddleboards...you are going to be forced to leave it in your car or lug everything up...major pain. We chose to leave our paddleboards in the parking space in the garage (unsecured) and parked the truck on the street.
-Furnishings are like 70's/early 80's era.
-Good current selection of DVDs
-Rickety electric stove
-Whole unjit is carpeted (like most Mammoth lodging)
-Quiet building and neighborhood
-Very close to Eagle Lodge and part of the Town Loop bike trail.
-Frying pan is cheap (thin and small)...if you are going to do a lot of cooking...may want to bring your own. Knives not very sharp.
-Bunk bed is a little rickety and the ladder doesn't feel well secured.
-Curtains are REALLY old school...and partially broken in two rooms.
All in all, you get what you pay for. Chose the cheapest unit we could find and dealt with some minor inconveniences but overall, our stay was fine.
