GREAT SKI LOCATION, GREAT CONDO

Jane B. We love staying in Kimball Junction, we have stayed in the New Park condos several times, this was our first in this unit. Condo was exactly as pictured, clean and well equipped. Although we did not cook meals, the kitchen was fully supplied and there were plentiful paper products and toiletries in every bathroom. The towels were soft and large, the beds were very comfortable linens were high end. Plenty of comfy seating and nice TV. Only complaints - the hot tub was really gross when we arrived. Turnkey had someone out to service it the next morning and it was clean and hot when we arrived back after our ski day. The carpet could use a deep cleaning, I guess guests don't take off their dirty shoes when they walk upstairs. The other complaint was the road noise - this was out of the control of Turnkey - but the way the condo is situated, we could hear the trucks on Rt 80 from the master bedroom and living room/patio.

Nancy B. The unit is as advertised. Cozy, but could use some updating. Not sure how more than two people could be comfortable, but maybe it's just me. The kitchen was well equipped, as were the bathrooms. I was not a fan of the bed in the master bedroom, too hard, but the one in the second bedroom was quite comfortable. We liked sleeping with the sliding door open for the cool air, which was good if you don't mind some traffic noise, and the guy next door who smoked on his deck. I got used the the traffic, but did not enjoy the smoker.

The best feature is the location., I hardly moved my car the whole time we were there. It was delightful to walk for coffee, groceries, and great restaurants. Our little dog loved walking all the trails as well.

We had a couple small glitches, but the management company was lightning fast at solving them, and followed up repeatedly to make sure all was well. We would definitely stay here again.

Michael A. We stayed in this condo over President's Weekend. It was a great place place, very convenient, very clean, and perfect for our family of four. Great location and very comfortable. The condo has everything that a family would need for a ski vacation. Highly recommended.
