A readily available complimentary tram/shuttle to the beach offers added convenience. Guests can catch the shuttle at the pool or the first few stops in Seacrest, near the east or west ends of the property. The service is available from March 1 through October 31.The living area features a comfy custom pull-out couch and 55” TV -- perfect for curling up and watching a movie or we have AppleTV available. And the convenient kitchenette, complete with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, is just right for making popcorn or grabbing a quick bite before you hit the beach.The studio may be cozy, but there’s lots of room to stretch out at night in the elegant queen-size bed. Two more can sleep on the queen sleeper sofa. And you’ll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination just off the main living space.If traveling with a larger group, consider renting a nearby sister property for additional space.THE LOCATIONWe’re right in the Villages of South Walton community, so close to the Gulf of Mexico you'll feel like you live right on the beach.There is a newly constructed pool for your enjoyment. Guests also have access to the Seacrest pool -- one of the biggest pools in the area.Enjoy abundant nearby shopping and dining options. For an easy dinner, try Crabby Steve’s or La Cochina, located right in the community. Enjoy brunch at Summer Kitchen Café, a 5-minute walk away.
