The living room is the first area you encounter upon entering the home and ascending the stairs. It is furnished with new plush couches and a SMART TV. There is a fireplace insert and access to a deck overlooking the fully fenced back yard. The layout is open and shared with a dining area with seating for four or use the leaf to seat even more. There are also four stools along the breakfast bar. The dining area is just outside the galley kitchen with range, oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge and built-in microwave. The master bedroom and full bathroom are just off of this living space. The over-sized suite has a king bed, "Smart" TV, and a balcony overlooking the side yard. There is a huge walk-in closet and plenty of storage space in each of the dressers. This ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo and single vanity.
