This location is ideal for stargazing while relaxing in the hot tub. There have been frequent visits of foxes, moose, deer, and, very infrequently, bears. Main floor - large open great room, vaulted ceilings, cozy wood fireplace, HDTV, DVD player, and sofa sleeper. Easy access to the double decks and hot tub! Kitchen - gourmet style, including a large island for the family and friends to gather. Dining room - off the kitchen, with an HDTV! First bedroom - queen bed with ensuite bathroom and large jetted tub. Second bedroom - queen bed with shared bathroom off the hall. Master suite - This upstairs sanctuary has a king bed, a sitting area with a couch, a large HDTV, and an electric fireplace. Master bath - Treat yourself to this luxurious oasis in the mountains. Relax in the jetted tub or choose the "Spa" steam shower with rain shower heads, 16-needle jets, mood lighting, and music. Amenities: FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, outside deck w/hot tub, gas grill, garage, and washer/dryer. The master bath "Spa" treatment is a MUST! The property comes fully stocked with fresh linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker. Hike or snowshoe for miles, with easy access to great trails, including the Buffalo Mountain, Lily Pad Lakes, and Willow Falls trailheads. Lake Dillon offers year-round fun with miles of bike paths and hiking trails. Located 15 minutes to Keystone Resort or Copper Mountain and 20 - 25 minutes to Breckenridge, Loveland, or A-Basin, ski at five different resorts within a very easy drive. Royal Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed a month-long vacation at the ‘Royal Buffalo Lodge’ this September. The home had plenty of space for weekend visitors and the kitchen fully equipped for all the cooking we did during our stay. This is a great time of year to watch the leaves transition from summer to fall - with great views from the deck and large windows. James took great care of us during our stay ensuring our vacation was excellent.

This was an amazing experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is centrally located to several resorts and easily accessible to the interstate. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is beyond comfortable and beautiful. The property manager went above and beyond to help me in a snowstorm, and I am forever grateful for his support and kindness as I was very scared and did not even have enough food. I also made a mistake on the booking, and he resolved my error almost instantly. I recommend this home without hesitation, and I hope I can stay again in this wonderful home.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights during a visit to my son who works in the area. The house was perfect. The location was easy for access. The house itself has a beautiful kitchen, the bedrooms were all great, and we loved the hot tub. The living room was comfortable and welcoming. I would love to come back soon.
