Fernando M. Everything is almost perfect in this property, pictures are a little deceiving, living room and kitchen look really big in pictures, when In reality is smaller than expected, big enough for a family of 8 people for sure, fireplace work great!!!!
It needs a little more maintenance, specially on the old curtains at the front of the house facing the street, it was a little hard to close them at night, other than that the place was great, full of amenities. They can have an extra TV on the living room, the only screen for movies is located down on the game
Room which is ok the basment, by the way that was my fav room, I totally recommend this place for anybody, great Job!

March 2018

The house was just what my group of 4 adults and 2 kids needed. I would like to stay in this house in the future, however, I will steer clear of it because of my experience below.

With the storm forecast & knowing the area well, I contacted TurnKey the day before re: the driveway and the response I got was "Plow service would be done before your arrival. This is something the homeowner would be responsible in providing". I was immediately turned off by the deflection of responsibility by TurnKey. I was also told "Yes the home will have a shovel for your use".

We arrived at 11:30pm after driving for 11 hours in the storm (typically would take 4h) and the driveway was inaccessible due to 3+ feet of snow, and the 1 shovel in the house broke within 5 minutes of using it (the snow was light & fluffy, clearly a useless shovel). When I called TurnKey for help, I got someone (in Denver) who explained that plow service was the responsibility of the homeowner, and she was not sure what the service expectation was, that no one would be able to shovel for us and they could provide additional shovels, or a shovel service that we would need to pay for ourselves, but neither of those were likely until the AM. I asked for a local contact to call me ASAP and she said that was unlikely. We spent 1.5h shoveling to be able to park our 2 cars & finally got to bed at 3am. I never received a call or contact from any local representative, but 2 people stopped by the next day with 2 shovels each. I was offered a late check-out of 12noon (1 hour?) and when I asked for a later check-out was told "unfortunately no, unless I wanted to extend my stay." I doubt someone was coming in that day.

A later check-out would have gone a long was improve my experience but clearly TurnKey was not interested in that - the deflection of responsibility and lack of any accommodation to ease my dissatisfaction is a complete turnoff.
