This beach house has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, sunroom, kitchen Livingroom combo and two bedrooms with en-suites one of which has the most amazing water views and deck. Queen Vic Beach House is a 5 bedroom house that sleeps up to ten guests with 3.5 bathrooms. This one-of-a-kind home has everything you need for a vacation/holiday to remember! Perfect home for a family reunion or friend get-together. Many of the rooms have stained glass windows giving the house character and charm. There is also a conservatory/patio to relax and read while looking out at the waves. The entire property is surrounded by lush greenery giving it a private and intimate feel. Breathtaking views, cozy outdoor seating areas, great WIFI & TV, and outdoor hot & cold shower. The beach house is just five minutes from Sound Ave where the long stretch of many vineyards, farm stands, restaurants, shopping, etc. are located. Great day trips or just stay put and enjoy all the house has to offer. Nearby are vineyards, farm stands, golf, shopping, restaurants, a spa, Splish Splash Water Park, Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall, Atlantis Marine World, and the Hamptons. The fantastic 5-star restaurant is just steps away. Enjoy fishing, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, full playground right on the beach. a few houses down. (All of our homes come complete with everything you need, just bring food & clothing) NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: As avid outdoor lovers, we highly recommend exploring the area! Not quite as nice as the pictures.

The house is quite nice, but the beach is very stony. The main rooms were open and spacious, but most of the bedrooms were cramped (other than the large bedroom upstairs). In fact, one of the "bedrooms" was really a laundry room with a bed squeezed into it! The bathrooms could use renovating, as they were old and a bit dingy. The property managers were very helpful and brought some extra lamps and towels, which we appreciated. The outdoor shower was a nice feature, as well as the abundance of toys for the kiddies.

Overpriced. Located right next to the Shoreham nuclear facility. House was cluttered. Bedrooms tiny and not comfortable.

The house overall is nice in a nice location. The sound is beautiful and the nearby towns are quaint and welcoming.
On the negative side: There is a huge disparity in quality/size of of room accommodations - One giant master suite with walk in bath, one smaller and decidedly older suite with diminutive bath, and three small rooms which fit only a bed and small dresser. We had four couples with kids staying so the room setup wasn't ideal. Probably ideal for a large number of kids in the smaller rooms and adults in the suites.
The kitchen wasn't very well equipped for cooking, for example all the frying pans were burned or permanently soiled. Also, there's fewer forks than number of allowable guests. All minor but annoying.
Lastly, coordinating with property manager wasn't ideal. Several messages went without replies plus no 'owners manual' of the house exists explaining how things work and where things are. Lastly we had a blown fuse and instead of offering to correct the issues we were instructed to enter the muddy basement/crawl under the house and find the fuse box. That is unacceptable for the nightly price of the rental.
