Daniel L. A terrific house in a terrific location. We felt much more like we were at home than at a rental house. Andy and Lynne were a pleasure to deal with and were very quick to supply a couple of items we discovered missing. Very much hoping to return!

Rosario N. I booked for a place to stay in Seattle but the host to that place canceled to the last minute. I have to book for another one, luckily Andy and Lynne accepted my request. It was 7pm at night and was raining in Seattle. They had a very quick response and before 9 pm, we got into this beautiful townhouse overlooking the lake and good neighborhood. What more could I ask for? My Seattle stay was the best. If You are going to Seattle, look for this place.

Tom O. The house was clean, well accommodated, and it has a great location just down the block from Madrona Playfield and the shops and restaurants on 34th Street. It was the perfect size for my wife, daughter, and I, with a nice open floor plan on the second floor including the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Andy and Lynne were great hosts--they were very helpful and accommodating. Due to water damage in our home, we needed a place to stay on short notice for the week, and the hosts could not have been nicer or more understanding!

Henry D. The place provided the perfect sanctuary for our family when we really needed to rest and relax in Seattle. Close to shops and multiple restaurants. Our kids loved the proximity to the playground and also the lake to swim. The house was clean, well presented with plenty of character too. The hosts were great at communicating details about the house. Would have no hesitation in recommending this house and their services.
