All furnishings and housewares are brand new as of spring 2017, including comfy new bedding and towels, furniture, and appliances. The living areas are spread over three levels. This floor also features a powder room.Up one flight of stairs is a floor with two bedrooms. One has a king bed and large closet. The second bedroom offers great flexibility. These two bedroom share a nearby full bathroom with dual sinks separated from the bathtub and toilet for added privacy.Continuing up to the top floor, you arrive at the full-floor master suite. This room has a king bed with dual nightstands. It also has a window air conditioning unit (note that this is the only floor with air conditioning, which is a real rarity in Seattle). Stroll to the beach at Madison Park. Walk by multi-million dollar estates. Discover hidden neighborhood gems such as the farmhouse with horses in the yard and the home that doubles as an eclectic art studio and antique truck gallery. Take a walk through the fabled Arboretum to Lake Washington.Once you have worked up your appetite, enjoy the countless restaurants that Madison Valley ( and Little Paris and ) has to offer. In addition to French gems, try our favorite tapas restaurant or the best Japanese food east of Tokyo. Take your morning coffee in one of numerous bakeries. Or opt for Thai, pan-Asian, craft pizza, Tex-Mex or more. Our home provides easy access to Downtown (Pikes Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Great Wheel), Seattle Center (Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum), South Lake Union (MOHAI), University of Washington, and Capitol Hill. All are accessible by car, bus (numerous bus lines a few blocks from home), or for the adventurous, by foot.If all of this touring (and eating) has you tired, pamper yourself with a visit to a day spa or nail salon. There are several of each within a few blocks of home, and we are happy to point you in the right direction.

AWESOME PLACE, GREAT EXPERIENCE

May 2017

Antonio M. This place was awesome! Had plenty of space for me and my buddies to have a good weekend in Seattle. Close to many bars on Capitol Hill. Andy and Lynne were great hosts and they responded quickly to any question I had. Overall great experience. Would stay again at this place if I had the choice!

ANDY AND LYNNE ARE WONDERFUL HOSTS!

May 2017

Kenji U. The hosts were wonderful to work with from the start. Timely communication and an overall very smooth and fast booking. They were able to accommodate my group of 5 on short notice after a previous booking fell through. Even on short notice, their property was very clean and they even had a bottle of wine and some snacks ready for us upon arrival. It made a huge difference to be so centrally located and have a great place to come home to after spending long days exploring the city. I highly recommend Off the Wall for anyone visiting Seattle, and will definitely be booking through Andy and Lynne again!

VERY NICE ACCOMMODATION

June 2017

Nicole V. This was a very nice accommodation for my colleagues and me when we reunited and celebrated at a wedding for the weekend. It was clean, had everything we needed, and great value, especially when splitting with multiple parties! As noted in the profile description, this is part of the Seattle Vacation Home portfolio. After you confirm through AirBnb you will be prompted to sign up through their web platform for the Short Term Rental Agreement, to obtain your guest book and other important information. I connected with the hosts when we had a small speed bump while checking in (was at the wrong door ha!) and they were patient and supportive. My party appreciated that they were also flexible regarding check-in and check-out since folks were flying out at different times during the day.

GREAT HOSTS TO A LOVELY HOME

June 2017

Anirudh V. Andy and Lynne were great hosts to a lovely home. They were very prompt to reply to messages and attend calls. I had no trouble in contacting them. The place was maintained well. It was neat and as promised. Thanks :)
