Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise specified during booking, if Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, payment will be refunded as follows:  

•	All reservations canceled sixty (60) days or more prior to your check-in date will receive a full refund of the Reservation Deposit, less the reservation fee, processing fee, and the $50 Cancellation Fee plus tax. 
•	All reservations canceled fifty-nine (59) to thirty (30) days prior to check in date will receive a 50% refund of the reservation deposit.
•	All reservations that are not paid prior to thirty (30) days of your check-in date will be cancelled, and all advance payments will be forfeited.
•	All reservations cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to your check-in date will forfeit all advance payments.
•	Cancellation policy may or may not apply to those reservations booked through a third-party vendor, military, or government reservations. Please contact the company you made the reservation with for further information. 
•	Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation date range (30 days or more prior to your check-in date for short term rentals and 90 days or more prior to your check-in date for monthly rentals.) Refunds do not include the Non-Refundable Processing Fee, 
        Cancellation Fee, or the cost of Travel Insurance.
•	NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances within the cancellation date range. Guests purchasing Travel Insurance (see below) may qualify for a full refund through CSA Travel Protection.
