The house comes with kayaks, stand up paddle board, gas grill, sand chairs etc. The vineyards, farmstands, restaurants etc. are just minutes from the house. Although La Plage restaurant is across the way. Step into paradise in our Chic Beach House. This home is sunny, light, and airy, with an effortless indoor-to-outdoor feel. The property sits feet away from your own private beach. Whether you want to enjoy the beach or curl up with your favorite book, this is the home for you. This four-bedroom home can accommodate up to 10 people and boasts stunning beachfront views. It features a number of luxurious amenities, including: - A large hot tub for relaxing and soaking - Centralized air conditioning and heating for comfort throughout the year - An outdoor seating area for enjoying the view - A barbecue grill for outdoor cooking and entertaining - An outdoor shower for washing off sand and salt after a day at the beach. When you book a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including Wi-Fi and cable TV, but nearly all of our homes also come with kayaks and to keep adventure close by. You are free to explore local destinations including the vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore. A 5-star restaurant is just five minutes away as well as the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island. A Celestial Retreat On the Water

We specifically chose this beautifully appointed house on the water for a healing retreat while experiencing the solar eclipse. A perfect setting on the patio to witness the event and incredible sunsets. Almost everything was on one floor so perfect for those with mobility issues. House was well equipped with every amenity you could desire from spices to hair dryer to variety of shampoo. Tasteful artwork and touches throughout. The hot tub was therapeutic. Although there were only two of us and our dog, we felt the house embrace us with warmth and light. Host gave excellent nearby restaurant recommendations. Hope to come again with friends and family.
Wonderful stay in a lovely chic beach house

We stayed at a lovely beach house right on the Long Island sound. The beach was tight outside our deck. We had such beautiful October weather to enjoy the beauty of fall. The house was just as described, open floor plan, well equipped kitchen and a great outdoor deck to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets each day. We had great communication with our hosts throughout the week. We visited many wineries on the North Fork. Also, went to a great 5 star restaurant, La Plage, recommended highly by Debbie, one of our hosts. We had an amazing dinner there, and it was right down the street. I highly recommend considering this house for your next vacation. We cannot wait to use luxury beach getaway site for our next adventures. Thank you so much for a relaxing trip.
Wonderful family Beach house rental!!

The house was clean and looks just as advertised in the photos. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the large patio with easy access to the beach and viewed some beautiful sunsets. The house had all the essentials and we especially liked that the house is on one level as we have young children. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the supermarket, farm stands and more. We would love to come back next summer!

House was very comfy, outdoor area is great and well furnished with so many places to sit. Beds were comfortable as well with white linens which is always appreciated in a rental. There’s a child lock on the basement door which is so helpful if you have little ones.
