NICE PLACE, BUT CLOSE TO THE HIGHWAY
The property itself is nice. Three levels, with bedrooms on each level, so there is plenty of space. It was also extremely clean and recently renovated. The renovation was so recent, in fact, that we had to deal with a few issues, such as the dishwasher’s plumbing being not quite complete. That said, the property management was very responsive and got things fixed.
The main downside to the property is its proximity to the highway. It was the height of summer when we stayed and there is no air conditioning, so we had to leave windows open. That meant a steady rumble of traffic noise.
Overall, we had a great time, and we were happy to find this property – especially since we booked last minute. I’m guessing in the winter the traffic noise would be less of an issue, since the windows would be closed.
