CONDO IN CANYONS

The unit is in excellent condition
The furnishings were either designer chosen and placed or the owner has impeccable taste and a keen sense of space.
Everything in the unit is very well situated and maintained
THIS IS AN ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE!!!!! There are literally bulldozers, a crane overhead (yes a crane), and trucks lining up to deliver, pick up, etc starting at like 6 am.
The noise is out of control due to construction and workers even worked on Saturday so there is no reprieve. We couldn't raise the blinds in half of the house as we didn't want to have construction workers staring into the unit all day.
The garage is not able to be used as owner has their car there but drive way is too short to park the car there without parking almost sideways. We were asked to use parking in the back but due to active construction zone it was either not accessible or used by workers. This was a major issue.
The AC is a Nest unit that resets itself no matter what you do!!! I called Turnkey EVERY SINGLE DAY to try to get it reset and would literally see it changed back right before my eyes a little while later. If you want to be able to control the heat/ac, this is not the unit for you.
If the noise didn't wake us up the heat did as it went up to an UNBEARABLE 78 degrees at like 7 am. I was almost in tears by the third day as I have a son who's an asthmatic and between the heat and the construction it was not good.
Overall I would say to wait until the major construction is over to rent this place unless you get an AMAZING deal and get written approval beforehand that you will be able to control the temperature.
