Shaoyang Z. Community: The house sits in a safe, peaceful and lovely community. The environment is great and no noise at all during the 8 days stay. Neighbors are friendly and there is a lot of plants in this area. Location and Traffic: It is not far away to the east coast and several parks. And there is bus directly to the pike street/downtown/pike place market. And it would not be so expensive if you use Uber. House: It is a newly remodeled house. It is clean and tidy. The kitchen and living room--beautiful and comfortable. When we checked in, the hosts left a card on the table which is very nice. Communication: The communication is amazingly good! They reply within 15 mins in general. I never have such smooth communication in Airbnb. And give enough information about check-in. The pre-check-in survey is really a good tool to make sure you gonna have a nice stay. Overall: This is a really good place to stay for a while, especially when you are driving a car(it is eally hard and expensive to find parking in Seattle if you plan to stay several days.)

Morgan S. Andy and Lynne were magnificent hosts who completely saved a Bachelorette Party (another host backed out!) The home was very spacious and all of the ladies were very pleased with the location. We will definitely be recommending this home for any friends/family who come to visit the Seattle area!

Joey L. The house was great, as advertised. It was clean, everything worked, light switches were labeled, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with when needed. They have instructions on everything and we appreciated the way the house was stocked with your basic supplies just like a hotel, so we did not need to go and buy all those items ourselves. Thanks for the hospitality Andy and Lynne! This is an Airbnb done well.

Inkham A. We had another host cancel on us last minute and we needed a new house asap. I contacted Andy and Lynne around 10 pm and they responded immediately and were able to book this house within an hour! They are great communicators--the best hosts I have ever encountered. Can not say enough about the service. House was great for our needs. Downstairs bedroom was perfect for our 4 soccer players we were chaperoning. All the boys had their own bed. This 3 story house was clean and ready when we arrived. It has a designated parking spot. Laundry room, full bathroom, and bedroom on the 1st floor. Kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor. Two bedrooms with their own bathroom on 3rd floor. I contacted the hosts for towels and they had towels delivered right away! Very hassle free. Will definitely rent from them again. Thank you, Andy and Lynne!
