Tower 1, Unit 408 is a disaster!! Unit was dirty, soiled pillow, king mattress was atrocious, old furniture. Would not recommend anyone rent this.
Family vacay

Our vacation rental was everything they said and more. We cooked every meal and the unit had everything we needed. The pool area is lovely. The other guest & owners are friendly. The location is near a mall, bookstore, and casino. We will revisit.
The unit itself was great

The unit itself was great! Could be stocked better with kitchen items. We were told there would be a keypad. Thankfully we got there before the manager left for the night to get the keys. You get two parking spaces but the lease makes it sound like you can get extra parking spaces just by calling a number. The extra spaces are $25 a night per space, plus fees if you pay by card. The fee was delayed to me when I called the number on the lease but the fact that I’d need exact cash if I wanted to avoid the fees was not communicated. This place has a beach view but if you want to go to the beach you have to cross a service road, and a highway without a crosswalk. The master bed was loud getting in and out of, while the other beds were very firm. I didn’t mind the firm but several people I was with had a hard time sleeping. The sofa bed was decent to sleep on compared to the other beds.
