Great Location to Stay/Great Property Management

Overall, a good stay in a great location. Had a major water problem the first day, but upon calling Tracy and explaining the issue, they had a great plumber out to our rental ASAP. Wade, the manager also came to check things out and speak with us. Water issue was fixed, and although the place will need some future work, everything was fine with the water after that. I had taken video of the problem and many photos that I sent to Tracy to document the issue. Luckily, my daughter & son-in-law found a bucket to catch the water coming out of the ceiling fan, and used pool towels to help dry up and protect the flooring.
Wade looked for the transponder for the gate so we could drive in and out through it, but never did find it in the unit, so we drove around to Southard all of the time. Only one key worked to get in and out of the walk-in gate (we had 3 couples). Never had enough towels - had only 6 towels with 6 people, so used pool towels also (which are not in great shape, quite worn). Had to do extra laundry since pool towels were used for the leak, as well as bath towels. Gratefully, Tracy sent in housekeepers to clean up after the leak was fixed.
Pool temperature was lovely, though I think this unit is as far from the pool as it could get. Nice pool area, though. Unfortunately, the week was rather chilly for Key West in February, but we got in a little pool time.
One couple loved riding the bikes and used them every day. Great to have a parking space also.
Pillows could be replaced, very small and squishy, hard on the neck. Would be nice to have better lighting in the green bathroom for putting on make-up; current light creates shadows and hard to see what you are doing as it is quite high up and not that bright. Poor lighting in downstairs living area also.
Overall, we liked the unit and had a nice stay, even with the water inconvenience on Sunday. Tracy and Wade were fantastic with taking care of our calls about the problem and get

Excellent location. Excellent responsiveness from manager. Have stayed here before & will again. Only downside is cost is a tad higher than I would expect.
Great Location to Experience All of Key West

If I could book this place every year I would. Lovely home for two couples to stay; bikes were in good condition for our use and the location couldn't be more perfect to hit up our fav spots on Whitehead and Greene St. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, pool was clean and always had chairs open. Check in/out was easy as was the entire experience. Thank you!
