NOT WHAT EXPECTED FROM PICTURES

Our rental experience did not start out well. When we got to the condo, the door code we were given the day before did not work. We placed 2 phone calls to their supposedly 24/7 contact over the course of 30 minutes but did not receive a call back. We also emailed the contact info and did not receive a call back until about 2 1/2 hours later. I finally stayed on hold on the phone for about 20 minutes until I was patched through to someone. All this just to get the correct door code for entry !! Once inside we found the unit to be clean and in good shape but it was much smaller than expected and had poor outside light. the photos show large windows in the bedrooms but did not show that those windows are along the walkway to the parking garage so it is not practical to leave the blins pulled up (if you can get them up). Overall disappointed in sound transmission from unit above where we could hear the plumbing running and even people walking upstairs. This combined with the low ceiling in the unit because of ducting for upstairs made us feel like we were in a basement apartment with little light. In hind sight, we had better options for less $/night than what this turned out to be. Your pictures should clearly show the entrance doors are the ones on the bottom floor instead of highlighting the large windows and entry doors of the upper units.

A FAMILY OF 4 LOVED THE CONDO

We have never been to Park City before so we knew nothing about where to stay. We got so lucky with this condo. The location was amazing, literally right across the street from the park city Ski lifts and we could pick up our rentals right across the street as well. So we did not need a car, we took an Uber cab from the airport which cost $40 and rode the free buses around town when needed. As far as the condo itself, very well-equipped, plenty of room for 4, the kitchen was stocked well, and the beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer made it so much easier and a very good shower! Also, the turnkey rental agency was brilliant. They let us check in much earlier than the norm and check out two hours later as well. Thumbs up all around.

GREAT SKI LOCATION

Teresa T. The 2BR condo at Empire House was very nice. It was really clean and comfortably furnished. We had 2 couples and the bathrooms attached to each BR was a nice feature. Our only regret was there was no outdoor seating. We had great ski weather and would have loved to sit out on the patio in front in the late afternoons. Also, there was no recycling. The location was perfect for skiing - we left our skis and poles at Aloha Rental at the base and it was an easy walk across the parking lot. Couldn't get much closer! We also walked to Main Street where we found lots of great places to eat, shop and browse art galleries. We also walked to the Fresh Market for groceries. The free city-wide bus got us anywhere else we needed to go. We uses Park City Transportation Shuttle from the airport. No need for a car. Overall, we loved our stay!!

Rita T. Condo is nice and well appointed. Location is superb if you are skiing. Easy access to bus to downtown as well. Overall very nice place to stay for small family or two couples.
