Here are a few of our past reviews: and The place is full of charm and was very comfortable for our family vacation. The beds are amazing and the kitchen/bathrooms are stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing games by the fireplace. and - Ruth April 2019 and Greenlake Getaway was such a great place for us to stay on our family trip to Seattle. The house was super roomy and comfortable for the four of us, we made some great meals and our two children loved the hot tub and all of the local parks and playgrounds. The house is in an ideal spot if you like going for walks and runs, with Greenlake right on your doorstep (about a 3.5 mile loop), and its super quick to get from the house to pretty much anywhere in Seattle - just a short walk to the great neighborhood of Wallingford - and a quick bus ride downtown, or a quick drive/taxi to Ballard, Fremont, UW, Capital Hill etc. Wed definitely stay again! and - Jeff April 2019 and This was our favorite rental ever, by far. The owner has put a lot of thought into what makes for a good home-away-from-home and it showed. We did a lot of cooking, making good use of the well-equipped kitchen to host several extended family dinners. The layout, with one bedroom on the main floor and two downstairs, was ideal for our multigenerational crew. The common spaces were comfortable and inviting. Green Lake is a short walk away in one direction, and 45th Avenue, with its quirky array of shops and restaurants, is a short walk the other way. Truly, we loved staying here and would return in a minute! and - Kristen March 2019 and Amazing experience! Beautiful clean place and the hosts really went above and beyond for us! and Sam March 2019 and This home is OUTSTANDING! We have stayed in numerous homes, and this home is one of the best of the best. The amenities are above what was expected. Talk about a stocked kitchen! We were very comfortable with a party of 5... 4 adults and a 15-month-old. Our son and his family could use the downstairs bedrooms and open area for privacy while my husband and I enjoyed the upstairs master. Two favorites: the hot tub and the heated floors. Wow! Very close to the zoo, which our little one loved :) and - Maria February 2019 and We had a great weekend staying at Pauls place. Weve rented many vacation homes, and I must say that this home ranked right at the top. To start it was very clean. Add to that comfortable furnishings, a well-stocked kitchen, great decor, a lovely outdoor space, and a perfect location and you have a winner. We will be back! and -Nancy, March 2018 and The house is a really well kept Arts and Crafts style house in a nice walkable neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms have heated floors and there's a hot tub. Really, what more do you want? and -Tim December 2017 and What a great home to stay at and discover Seattle! The home is located near the Green Lake area. I walked down to the lake and around the loop, 3 miles round trip. There are great places to eat close by and Uber/Lyft available in a few minutes each time we called for one. The home had everything you would need to cook in. The fireplace made the home cozy on the cold Seattle days. Hot tub was great and the heated tile floors in the bathroom were a plus. It really was a very nice place to stay. The home is represented correctly by the photos listed-no surprises. I would and hope to book this home again when I visit my daughter in Seattle. Thank you for having such a great place and offering it to guests. and - Sandy, September 2017Guest accessGuests have access to the entire home, as the owner lives off-site. Please note: the garage next to the backyard is not accessible to guests.Other things to noteWe invite you to leave your shoes in the front, living room closet in order to keep the home clean and tidy. Please note that this is a privately owned home, so please treat the home and all of its belongings with the care you would bring to a personal friends home. We look forward to sharing it with you.License or registration numberSTR-OPLI-19-001699
