February 2016

Megan L. I had a wonderful stay at Eton Court while performing at the Kennedy Center for 3 weeks. There was a blizzard in the middle of our stay, and it was handy to be within walking distance of the theatre and the few places that remained open during the storm. The property is in great condition and just as it looks in pictures. It was clean and warm upon arrival. The only things I would change is to add a tea kettle for boiling water, and perhaps the complex could deal with snow and ice in a timelier fashion. I realize DC doesn't do snow, but we had to shovel our way out of the door with a cutting board the first morning of the blizzard so that we wouldn't be completely stuck. I highly recommend this property for people looking to explore DC, or for a work situation.

Nice apartment with 3 bedrooms in great location

June 2016

Neill K. I would never have rented this apartment if I'd known that the outside area right up to the front door was going through renovation. We were faced with workers, dying plants, buckets of soil, tar (creosote), a real mess right up to the front door. It had been going on before we got there and was still in the same state when we left. The management said they had no idea. Really? We are going to ask for part of our money back; we feel that we were very misled as to the immediate outside. Plus, the courtyard in the back attached to the back bedroom was a wreck. No one would go out there. I took pictures and will be sending them on.

Location was amazing, the property was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Georgtown area. Close to restaurants, shopping and bus lines.
