Unter dem ueberdachten Terrassenbereich hat man genuegend Platz um 6 Gaeste zu unterhalten. 
In die separaten Lounge mit gemuetlichen Moebeln kann man sich gegen Nachmittag mit einem Cocktail zurueckziehen. Der Swimmingpool sowie Whirlpool sind elektrisch beheizbar und koennen das ganze Jahr ueber genutzt werden. Vom Bootssteg aus kann man im Kanal - mit Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko - Angeln oder einfach die Tierwelt beobachten.
