Vikki L. We had a restful few days in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very nice. It looked just like the pictures presented on VRBO. The location was as described, also. It was very clean and well-kept. The amenities were okay; however, there were no sheets or pillowcases for the pull-out sofa. We brought our own pillows and made do with extra blankets that were provided, so we managed. The Keurig does not work -or we couldn't get it to work. We were happy the cabin also had a Mr. Coffee. The chandelier in the dining room had only two light bulbs that worked, so it was a little dark in that part of the cabin since it rained a couple of the days we were there. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay. For my family, we will probably move out towards Townsend when we come back to the mountains again. We really like that area and you are still close in enough to see the sites.

Susie L. I stayed at this cabin for a week and it was fantastic! The location is close to everything in Pigeon Forge and a quick drive to both Gatlinburg and Sevierville. The cabin was furnished with everything I needed for an extended trip and details the owners put into decorating was fantastic! I will definitely be back! Spotless and spacious for the size. Did I mention the easy access to everything?

Cindy L. We thoroughly enjoyed our six night stay in Eastern Sky cabin. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The cabin is solidly built and we were hard-pressed to hear any other occupants from either upstairs or downstairs. We liked the fact that there was a washer/dryer available so we could wash clothes during our stay and take only clean clothes back home. The rental company, TurnKey was exceptionally receptive and quick to answer my questions through text messages. Two areas that concerned us, one of which was we were planning to bring our motorcycles for our stay and a strong rain forecast changed our plans. It was a good thing because the cabin and driveway is on more of a hill than it appears in the photographs and it would have been dangerous for motorcycles. Secondly, upon departure, tenants are asked to start a load of towels to assist housekeeping. I don’t think this is a good idea because our towels had a horrible smell. It was as if the previous guests didn’t add any laundry detergent to the towels. Once the towels are washed and housekeeping arrives to put them in the dryer, no one would be able to tell until the next guest arrives and uses the towels. We had to wash all of our towels right after we arrived just so we could be assured that they were clean. (This is the reason for 4 stars on cleanliness.) I’d like to see a change to this policy.
