Light and Bright, Private Garage, Bike to Canyon Lodge
This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a charming, mountain cabin feel with contemporary decor features and is only a 5-7 minute walk to Canyon Lodge, plus a 2 car private garage! There are floor to ceiling windows in the living room with vaulted ceilings for a spacious and open feeling throughout the living room and dining room areas. There is a pellet-burning fireplace in the living area with a flatscreen TV, and free wireless Internet. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice dinner (including a Keurig) and there is seating for 6 at the dining table with additional bar seating. The bedroom downstairs has two twin beds, flatscreen TV, and access to the hallway full bathroom. The master bedroom upstairs features a private full bathroom, flatscreen TV and queen bed. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, for a total of sleeping for 6. This condo has a private 2 car garage - so no shoveling required, and a gas BBQ grill on the deck. There are 22 stairs to the unit, 2 levels inside and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. No smoking or pets permitted. You can't beat this prime location for Winter access to Canyon and close to The Village for shopping, dining and more. All Mammoth Reservations guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 some complex facilities and amenities may not be available. These may include but are not limited to: pools, spas, recreation rooms, sauna’s, tennis courts, fitness rooms and public gathering spaces. No refunds will be provided for facilities or amenities not available. GOOD UNIT BUT BAD EXPERIENCE

Gary C. Woke up first morning to a flooding kitchen sink cabinet that was repaired the same day but property manager ignored my request for any rent concession for the major inconvenience of having no kitchen for first day. Also, pellet fireplace did not work entire stay. Still waiting for a response from property manager. Would not recommend based poor customer service.

COMFORTABLE, CLOSE AND EASY.

Glad we found this place, literally last minute long weekend trip. Location, a very short walk to Canyon Lodge and walkable to the Village. The place itself was very comfy for the 4 of us. While the Keurig didn't work, there was an old school coffeemaker that worked fine for the caffeine-needy.

James B. Overall I had a very positive experience. Great location, roomy, clean. I would recommend that the owner install a garage door opener with remote and/or keypad, it was no fun having to open and close the garage door. Also, I would recommend that the owner replace the exhaust fans in the bathrooms, they are very loud and old.

A WONDERFUL STAY IN MAMMOTH !

The condo was immaculate and it was noticeable that everything was meticulously maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having a barbecue on the balcony. My only regret was not too have a king size bed. I would also suggest to upgrade all the mattresses which were mediocre in terms of comfort. The garage door was extremely hard to open. Beside that, we really enjoyed our stay at Courchevel 13. Thank you for keeping it so clean !��
