Please let us know your favorites! TRANSPORTATION: If you’ve got a car, we’ve got a reserved parking space for you. But you don’t need to rely on a car to get around. For example, if you are headed to the University of Maryland campus, you can walk (16 minutes), or ride a bike. Or, if you prefer to take the bus you can simply catch the 83 on Baltimore Ave heading south for 6 stops. College Park/ University of Maryland has its own stop on the Washington area Metro Rail system. Downtown Washington, DC is just 10 stops or 23 minutes on the Metro Green Line. You also have the option of taking the Yellow Line from the Greenbelt station which is also a 23 minutes ride to downtown. If the National Archives is your destination, the R3 bus will get you there in 10 minutes, or you can walk the 2 miles.
