A third living room includes a sofa, love seat, chair, and 32” cable TV.The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare a big pot of New England Clam Chowder. Up to six can gather at the table in the breakfast nook and six more can sit at the dining room table. There is also additional seating in the sunroom.Everyone’s favorite spot will be the “Carousel Room” – a bright, roomy sunroom with three love seats. Mix up your favorite cocktails at the built-in wet bar, and dine at the eight-person table (there are additional folding chairs for bigger groups).Sliding glass doors lead out to a shady backyard, where there’s a dining table for six. Throw steaks on the grill for a backyard BBQ, then relax in the hammock with a crisp drink and enjoy the evening breeze.Other amenities include an outdoor shower, a drying rack for towels, and beach chairs for guest use in the shed.Upstairs you’ll find two guest rooms with queen beds, and two rooms with two twin beds each.
