It is wonderfully suited both as a festive gathering place, and as a quiet getaway for up to 10 adults and 2 children. Situated conveniently between the Opera and the Santa Fe Plaza, guests can easily visit sites and restaurants in historic downtown. Stay home to appreciate the charm of Old Santa Fe vigas and beams, a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, diamond finish plaster walls, and the warmth of a kiva fireplace. View the magnificent mountains in the evening on the huge private patio. This home has four bedrooms for adults plus a room with bunk beds downstairs off the master. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sunroom allowing this home to sleep additonal guests.

Layout:
Multiple outside steps from parking to access this single-story home. If bunk beds are used, they are down a spiral set of stairs.
Three bedrooms have a king bed, one bedroom with queen bed, one with set of bunkbeds (photo of this room coming soon).
Two bathrooms are located in bedrooms, third bath is in hallway.
