Chris e. House was very comfortable and spacious,great location the management company was not helpful like they advertise. Coffee pot did not work noone called us back to fix the issue. The management fees were horrible the per night fee shown on vrbo was much higher when they billed me they couldn’t explain why!

We had a wonderful stay at 215 Dreamcatcher S. Turnkey rental provided us with a clean well appointed home as close to the mountain as you can get( there are no on mountain homes at Winterpark). During the week we drove about a mile to the base and took the neighborhood shuttle on the weekend ( short~ 75 yard walk from our home). The home is just as described with excellent , comfortable beds , and a spacious first floor living area. The hot tub on the lower level was easy to use and had a beautiful Mountain View. We had trouble getting in the front door the first day and Turn key was very helpful and responsive in getting us in through the garage ( as recommended). The garage is tight for two large SUVs and any more cars should be parked at the entrance of the development ( ~ 100 yards away, but we did see 2 moose when walking back. The snow/ conditions at Winterpark were great, though it does get very crowded on week ends with long waits in the lift lines. The Parsenne bowl area is fantastic for advanced skiers with tree skiing and has a groomed bail out in several areas. Not a lot to do in winter park at night ( we ate at Denos twice... GREAT PLACE), but after the intense days skiing with hardly a lift line during the week it is a great option. For a small group (5-8) this home is perfect to enjoy Winterpark!

Jamie G. Beautiful updated property! We stayed during an epic snowstorm, and upon arriving to property wanted to shovel path, but realized there was not a shovel to be found anywhere. Called the property to request/report, and said they'd deliver one, but it never showed up throughout the weekend. Similarly the garbage disposal wasn't working properly, it was reported, they said someone would be out to fix it, but never showed up. Property management was responsive in communicating with me, but didn't follow through on requests. Recommendation- please add more necessities in kitchen. It was bare bones. This place has a ton of great potential! Even with this review, we'd stay there again...beautiful place, amazing location, and fun for a group!

This condo is beautiful - great location & layout. But management was the worst I have experienced. Condo was VERY dirty (dishes, floors were filthy, greasy fingerprinted windows and cabinetry), several chairs were broken and dangerous to sit on, and the condo lacked several basic and essential supplies (ex: a baking sheet when the condo has two ovens, minimal bath towels, virtually no garbage cans, zero recycling, etc). The beds did not appear washed and smelled terribly of a very strong chemical “cover-up” (febreeze). I actually found a used contact lens on the bedroom floor (no one in our group wears contacts). It was pretty disappointing and unsanitary.

Management did nothing but respond promptly....but with no solutions or help. Management then offered to remedy the issues the day before we departed. We declined at that point but they showed up and entered uninvited anyway with an item we did not request. Told us to “go buy what we needed” when we asked for a baking sheet. Broom was broken, no cleaning supplies on hand. Management also refused to give us the front door code (main entry to the condo!) and told us to enter through garage (tight squeeze with two cars parked inside since there is no street parking) instead. When we inquired why, they blamed it on the owner, stating owner refused to give out the code. Very unprofessional. Worst part is, most of these issues were noted in previous reviews and management promised to fix them and never did.

This condo has so much potential...but owner needs new management and cleaning staff.
