IN A COMPETITIVE MARKET, THIS UNIT NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS.....

Jill S. This unit is located in a brand new subdivision. That means the unit is new, but there is extensive construction occurring, including 100 feet from the master bedroom. The location is convenient to PC. The unit itself has a nice floor plan, but a lot of the fixtures were substandard. The couch in basement was so hard it was unusable. There is only Direct TV on ONE TV-the main living area. The rest are only smart tv's.-this is a very stingy decision by owners or management.Zero extra TP. The kitchen, while it contains most items, is very cheaply appointed. For example, there is literally one bowl larger than a cereal bowl, the knives wouldn't cut an apple, and the pans were of poor quality. It all felt like items someone had used in a college apartment. The beds were comfortable, as was the sectional in living room. When we checked in, we thought it was adequately cleaned, but later discovered a large glob of hair in shower (LARGE) and a towel that was badly stained and simply rehung on towel bar.
Turnkey kept sending us texts with inquiries what they could do-and then- proceeded to not help us with any of the issues we had. 4 of the 5 in our party were working remotely- there are no tables or desks in house besides the kitchen table, and there was a construction- planned electrical outage that was supposed to happen midday for 4 hours. Instead of working with us to find a suitable solution for our group to work in, Turnkey threw up their hands and said "not our problem". Good companies assist their customers.Period. I believe this is only my second negative review ever of a rental property- It was such an underwhelming stay we checked out a day early. I am sure this unit will improve with time-the neighborhood will be built out, the kitchen appointments will improve, and changes will be made that make it a better unit for working remotely. Right now- it did not meet our expectations.

PARK CITY FAMILY VACATION

LONG STAY AT BLACKROCK RIDGE, PARK CITY.

colin n. We opted for a month-long stay in Park City, UTAH for this spring break season and rented a 4 bed (3 floors) thru Turnkey at Blackrock Ridge.
The location: House was located in Blackrock Ridge neighborhood, some 10 mins drive from Park City so v easy access to all places of interest. Also has a great view of the mountains from the main window/balcony.
House was brand new build and lots of construction still going on around, but we felt no intrusion from that whatsoever. Property was in great shape, with top class appliances and no issues, everything worked perfectly, including the heating and A/C and no issues with hot water when it comes to large families. Washer/Dryer etc also available and very good. Lots of space for all to spread out over 3 floors with top and bottom floor bedrooms have additional space for socializing or watching TV.
Only minor niggles; master bedroom Bed was only Queen and not the most comfortable. Though the King downstairs made up for that. Water pressure for showers/bath filling was not the most powerful.
Wifi/TV etc was excellent so very easy to work from as well as entertain family. Garage/downstairs entrance, perfect for skiing equipment. Garage also contained useful goodies for dogs and some additional equipment for use during a summer visit.
Turnkey: Issued very clear arrival instructions (but don't arrive early!) and were easy to contact/respond via text message...but had no real issues during trip so not much assistance required. We were sent a nice gift by owners (chopping board/chocolates etc) for our month-long rental, which was much appreciated and a kind gesture.
Value: I guess it's personal preference. We paid approx $10k for a month and very much enjoyed the property. It worked out very well for our family needs. The same property in Park City real, would be more than double the price at this time of year.
