Sarah G. I stayed with my family over the 4th of July. The price was reasonable. The property was a very short walk/drive to the beach. It was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated on the inside. My kids loved the bunk beds! We will stay there again!

Bekah H. This space provided our family with plenty of space for our trip to the island. We loved the location we were less than a min from the beach by car and about 5 mins by foot. The pool on site was great too. This place was a perfect place to stay with three small kiddos. The only criticism I have is that it was not a "fully" stocked as I expected. It lacked butter and sugar. I expected all condiments to be on site as well, but that was not the case. Also the cleaning of the condo was sub par on day one. There was a sticky spot (possibly jelly) on the table and the floors didn't seem as though they had been cleaned to my standards (wish they had been mopped and not just swept). There were a few spots of something on them (maybe chocolate). The only reason I noticed the spots on the floor is because we have twin daughters that crawl so they are constantly on the floor. The negatives are so small compared to the wonderful time that this space provided to our family. The beds were comfortable and clean and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer on site to do some laundry. This was a great stay and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation to the beach. My family will return! Thank you for a wonderful stay full of great memories.

Christina F. This unit is immaculate clean and very modern. Location is perfectly situated for a short walk to the beach. Heated pool is clean and great for the kids when the weather was too cold for the beach! There may be a few cheaper units on the island but far and away this unit is your best value if you desire a modern relaxed touch, clean rooms/beds/couches and a comfortable atmosphere. But beyond the amenities and why I actually am writing this when I typically do not spend the time to write lengthy reviews is the service. Any communication was immediately returned. The property manager was always willing to help, offer suggestions and provide us with whatever advice she could. I am confident they are in this for the right reasons and would trust them again for another stay! I will definitely be returning, hopefully for a longer stay next time! Aside from the beaches I would recommend those to head to downtown CC and visit both the State Aquarium and the USS Lexington. They are right next to each other and my kids loved the experience. Definitely a must when the weather is not great - although even during Spring Break the weather was mostly perfect and the beaches were busy but not crowded. Highly recommend!
