The kitchen is large and the dining room table has enough seating for 12. There are many other sitting areas to enjoy as well if you would like to have some reading time alone. On the lower level there is a game room for the little ones for their alone time. This is the perfect home for a family looking to spend quality time together all under the same roof. What a wonderful feeling waking up together and making new memories together. There are three floors so lots of private space as well to enjoy. Everything is spread out beautifully and the backyard is amazing. Not only do you have wonderful views of the water but the pool views are just as great- lots of lounge chairs, huge outdoor dining tables plus an added fire pit. To get to the beach, you literally walk right off the back of the house and stroll down to the water. (All our homes come complete with everything you need, just bring food & clothing). This home includes a large beautiful pool, BBQ grill and fishing right off the beach is fantastic. Central air conditioning and heating for year-round enjoyment.
