The living area is beach chic with soothing ocean colors with a queen-size sofa bed and two comfortable chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. North Coast Village is an oceanfront tropical paradise located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people from around the world. Beautiful place, excellent location

We were in Oceanside for the Ironman Race and you couldn't have asked for a better location, such a great view. We were able to see the runners from our balcony. We were also just a short walk from the Harbor and the Pier.
Overall, the unit was very clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. The only, minor minor thing was the amount of dust in the wall heater units that was noticeable (smell) when we turned on the heater.
The staff at Make My Vacation was exceptional. They always replied in a timely manner to any question I had. The office in NCV was also very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again if we were to come to Oceanside. I would bring a sleep mask next time due to the bright light outside the bedroom window.
New Favorite Place

My husband and I had a wonderful time at NCV Dolphin Cove. The beach was a short block away,and we had an awesome veiw from our lanai. The pool was great and we had a blast playing ping pong in the recreation room. I loved how green and lush the landscape around the Village was, and we especially loved being able to hear the ocean waves from our condo. It was very soothing and relaxing. We will definitely return!
Fourth of July Fun

We have been coming to North Coast Village for 9 years and have stayed in many different units. Our stay in B307 is at the top of the list. Starting with the comforts of the living room furniture and the beautiful view of the ocean was simply perfect. They must have cut a tree down because the photos of the listing show some branches slightly blocking the view but that is no longer the case. Eating lunch and dinner on the balcony it was a treat and having a covered umbrella was amazing. The view continued into the bedroom and napping in the afternoon on the comfy bed with soft linens with the window open, ocean breeze, and sound of the waves was heavenly. Some previous reviews mention the walkway being close to the bedroom window which is true. However just shutting the blinds halfway solved this issue and did not obstruct the view while having the privacy needed. The shower was a good pressure and our daughter loved having the bathtub which has not been in all other units. Everything was perfectly clean and having lots of kitchen appliances, storage, extra towels, cutlery, dishes, and a brand new dishwasher were some nice touches. Given the option I would book this place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to call home by the ocean. A few other reviews mentioned no A/C. Staying in July we had no problem by just leaving the windows open and letting the natural ocean air cool down the unit in a few minutes.
