The guest house features a living room with ample sofa seating facing a working fireplace and large TV. A bistro table for 2 for dining or working. The bedroom features a queen size bed, ample closet space and a dresser. There is a functional and well-equipped KITCHENETTE (please note this unit DOES NOT have a full kitchen) with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, sink, counter, dining utensils, serving and cooking utensils, pot & pan. A separate laundry room has a large capacity washer/dryer. The modern bathroom has a shower. You will have the benefit of for a small fee, driveway parking. The neighborhood of Wesley Heights is safe and beautiful, large mansions with manicured gardens fill the tree lined streets.
