GREAT STAY IN SANTE FE

May 2019

As this was our first trip to Sante Fe, the number one priority for a place to stay was that it had an authentic SouthWest Adobe look and feel. Close behind we’re location and cleanliness. This place has it all! I was thrilled with the decor- perfection and so many artistic and authentic details. The kitchen was outfitted
for some serious cooking. The location was amazing! We walked to Canyon Road in less than 5 minutes and spent 5 hours exploring the fabulous art Galleries and eateries. We stayed a full week and loved our home away from home there. Highly recommend it!

CHARMING AND COZY

August 2019

Kim M. What a charming and cozy Santa Fe cottage home. Excellent location (not close to the hub bub of the square and a quick drive to grocery, restaurants, Ten Thousand Waves spa, and Meow Wolf. If you are a party of 1-2 people, this is the perfect stay. The kitchen is amazing and well equipped. Every piece of the property was designed for use or to enjoy. It would be good to have a few more room fans (I was there in July) as it gets a little warm during the day and still a tad into the evening. Thankfully, I found one in the bedroom closet. The toilet could use a quick balance (I’m not large), but when you sit down it sets off the water in the tank. I would have booked this place again for this month if it wasn’t already booked!

The only complaint I really have is the price listed on Vrbo and what I was charged. Although I had already entered exact dates, there was a price discrepancy from the search page to the property page - and then, when I tried to contact the property manager about the difference, I was provided a receipt that did not match the receipt from Vrbo after my booking. Owner fees, housekeeping fees, and an additional housekeeping fee were all very confusing in addition to a different nightly rate. Turnkey was very responsive as the property manager to my inquiries but ultimately, they did not honor the posted rate on Vrbo for all nights. When I book on AirBnB, I know exactly what I’m paying for each night and the fees as much less. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find this property on AirBnB.

That being said, it did not ruin my stay or trip and if I can find this gem of stay again for a good price, I’ll book it when I return to Santa Fe.

A LITTLE NICE HOME

August 2019

It was such a nice experience for us. The house was very clean and it’s Mexican atmosphere was unique and nicely arranged. We loved it! We would definitely come back again. Thanks!
