Seascape Cottage - A20 at North Coast Village You're practically atop the waves as you gaze at the sunset from Seascape Cottage - a mere 42 feet from the sand! Relax and unwind on the balcony with panoramic ocean views to the Pier and beyond. From this front row condo you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean - the hypnotizing waves, sailboats, spinner dolphins, seagulls, and surfers. You'll also enjoy ocean views from the living room, which is comfortably furnished with a cozy fireplace, queen sofa bed, love seat, and 2 chairs. Seascape Cottage is a corner unit, which provides extra windows. The kitchen has been remodeled with beautiful designer cabinets, upgraded counters and appliances, and a fabulous glass tile backsplash. It's equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. The dining table seats 6, and also enjoys an ocean view. When it's time to retire in the evening, you'll be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean waves in your comfortable king size bed. The secondary bedroom offers a double and twin bed. The "A" Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has been re-done, and it's beautiful! Seascape Cottage is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, ping pong, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You'll find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with ping pong, billiards and Foosball. Parties or events are not allowed at this property. The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9. Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.
