To maintain a pleasant stay, we ask that you support us with the following important points: The following are not permitted: * Excessive volume after 9 PM, as we have guests in the building. * Smoking inside the house or bedrooms. Therefore, we have a terrace area on the 1st floor and tables/chairs in the outdoor areas (rooftop). * Use of illicit substances. * If this is your case and you have minors with you, they must always have adult supervision. Leaving minors alone in the pool or house is not permitted. * Pets allowed. * Please be careful with linens and the property in general. * Visitors are not allowed. Only those confirmed on your reservation may enter. PARKING: To be granted a parking space, guests must register in the lobby. LINENS: Please be careful not to stain linens such as sheets and towels. If you do, a fee will be charged. Extra REGISTERED GUESTS: If you wish to bring a guest for one day, the cost is $500 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., including use of all amenities. *****Any rule not followed will result in a penalty fee of a second warning.
