It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you! - resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center and a large outdoor fireplace - Pool access where allowed by season and weather! - BBQ area - Arcade - Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, -100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! - Washer/dryer - Complimentary coffee! - Patio Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed Living/Common Area: 1 sofa bed Note: This is a garden style unit that requires 1-2 floors of stairs. Please reach out to us before booking if you can't do stairs because we do have ground floor units! Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Please note that after completing your reservation, the rental property manager will contact you to collect your choice of a refundable $200 security deposit OR a $35 non-refundable damager waiver. The security deposit option will be held by the property manager and fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property or other issues.
