Our 3-bedroom listing has everything you need for your Montgomery stay. This is a unique space inside of our historic home built in the early 1900's. All three bedrooms share a full bathroom complete with clawfoot tub. The kitchen, living, and dining room are all downstairs and are shared with other guests. Our home is just a short drive from the Governor's mansion, multiple wedding venues, several popular restaurants, museums, and coffee shops. An ideal base to explore Montgomery. This home has a common front door with an electronic lock. This listing includes all three upstairs bedrooms on the right of the hallway, the bathroom, as well as the common areas of the home including laundry room, living room, family room, kitchen, and dining areas. Please note that you may interact with other guests staying in different areas of the home. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. You'll notice quite a number of folks outside on a nice day enjoying the stroll around the neighborhood. Once you enter the home, you're welcomed to it's charm with the foyer chandelier and formal living room to the right. Next you've got the dining room, breakfast area, kitchen, laundry, and family rooms. These are all common spaces that each guest would share. This listing includes the three bedrooms on the right side of the hallway upstairs. Together, they share a full bathroom as well. ARRIVING: This home is in the historic Garden District neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. Please park to the left of the house. The home is equipped with an electronic code on the front door. These bedrooms are the three bedrooms on the right side of the hallway upstairs. Whenever you leave the home, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE. DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
