Stunning two-story 2-bedroom downtown loft on 3rd Street in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge. Wonderful space with an amazing rooftop deck, and within walking distance of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and a grocery store.

The space
Upon entry, you will find yourself in a wide-open living space that is shared by the kitchen and the TV Room. Both bedrooms could be considered Master Bedrooms. Both have full bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a tub and the bedroom as a whole has more privacy. The upstairs bedroom is the whole second floor and opens up directly to the rooftop deck.

Parking is located behind our building (between 3rd and 4th st on Convention.)
You will see a map in your check-in instructions that will help you find your way.

This loft is on the third floor of a building. You will be accessing your keys on the street level and using your key fob to get into the lobby and up the elevator.

Other things to note
There is a bar on the ground floor that has music nightly, as a general rule it is quieter on Sunday - Wednesday and Louder Thursday - Saturday.
