Our 1 bed/1 bath apartment features a rustic Colorado-cabin interior with stained pine interior walls throughout and camouflage decor. This unit is a basement walk-out dwelling in a historic Ouray house, as such ceiling height is limited.

See details below.****Ouray STR Permit #2020-1070This unit is a basement walk-out dwelling in a historic Ouray house, with western-themed art, and masculine southwest decor. The ceiling height is limited to 6 FT 10". and door openings are 6 feet high. We offer an over sized bedroom with a queen bed, with a large double recliner sofa and large flat screen TV and a full bath with a walk-in shower. It features a full-kitchen with granite counters, a double oven, a large double sided refrigerator, and a one-of-a-kind whiskey barrel dining table. There is a private ground-level patio with stainless propane grill, and a large grassy area , and incredible 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains. Bed Configuration:Master Bedroom - Queen Bed The apartment has WiFi and Direct TV access. For guests traveling as a larger group, our condo can be rented in combination with two units properties that are part of this complex. The complex is a 3 story house located at 960 Main Street that has been divided into three separate units. It includes a ground-level condo (Unit B) which takes access off of Main Street and an upper-level condo (Unit A) that also takes access off of Main Street. Combined the three units can sleep up to 16 people. The lower "Main Street" condo sleeps 8 guests. The upper "Eagles Nest " condo Sleeps 6 guests. "Buck's Hacienda" is a walk-out basement condo that sleeps 2.The condo(s) are rented as individual units or they can be rent all together for larger groups. Each unit has a private entrance with substantial privacy buffers from the others. This listing is only for Unit C/Buck's Hacienda a walk-out condo with an entrance off the backyard.Our condo is pet friendly and the pet is fee is $25/per day (max. $150) with a two dog limit.We are taking special steps to prepare our home for your stay by adhering to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance on cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our normal rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the CDC’s protocols, paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for electronics, hard (non-porous) and soft (porous) surfaces.COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.

greg h. Nicely modernized unit very close to downtown. Restaurant and jeep rental within walking distance. Reservation and check were incredibly easy. I will work with this company again. Only criticism is the unit does have AC and it is a basement without windows. A portable AC unit was provided but didnt work well. I would still stay here again.
