This 3 story house at 960 Main Street has been divided into 3 separate condos. The lower "Main Street" condo sleeps 8 guests. The upper "Eagles Nest " condo Sleeps 6 guests. "Buck's Hacienda" is a walk-out basement condo, it sleeps 2.

This newly remodeled condo features SS appliances, updated bathrooms, new furnishings, and mountain rustic interior design. Located on Main Street, just across the park from the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool, adjacent Feline Park home to Ouray's summer concert series, and a few blocks walk to the heart of downtown our condo's location is unbeatable. The condo features a second level deck with a gas grill that provides views of the one-of-a-kind Ouray landscape. Bed Configuration:Master Bedroom - Queen Bed Upper Loft - 2 Queen BedsFor guests traveling as a larger group, our condo can be rented in combination with two units properties that are part of this complex. The complex is a 3 story house located at 960 Main Street that has been divided into 3 separate condos. It includes two ground-level condo (Unit B) which takes access off of Main Street and a second ground-level apartment that takes access off of the back of the condo (Unit C / Bucks Hacienda). Combined the units can sleep up to 16 people. The lower "Main Street" condo sleeps 8 guests. The upper "Eagles Nest " condo Sleeps 6 guests. "Buck's Hacienda" is a walk-out basement condo that sleeps 2.The condo(s) are rented as individual units or they can be rent all together for larger groups. Each unit has a private entrance with substantial privacy buffers from the others. This listing is only for Unit A the upper level condo. There is parking on the north side of the building for 2 cars. Main Street parking is also available.Our condo is pet friendly and the pet is fee is $25/per day (max. $150) with a two dog limit.We are taking special steps to prepare our home for your stay by adhering to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance on cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our normal rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the CDC’s protocols, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.

Jeffrey J. We have stayed at Gary eagles nest before and had a great experience. It’s a perfect location. Hot springs, shopping, food, people watching and hiking are, literally, at the doorstep. It has everything we need and is has all the amenities you might need (including a bbq and lighter��). We look forward to staying there again, soon. Thank you, Gary!

Loved staying at this place! We remembered it from many years ago when there was a coffee shop downstairs, so it was fun to stay there. Also right on Main St. and with great views from both sides. Spacious and well laid out, and cozy when we needed it to be. A bit warm on summer nights, but opening the windows worked great. Huge bathroom!
