It features hardwood floors throughout, updated bathrooms, and mountain rustic interior design. Located on Main Street, just across the park from the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool, adjacent Fellin Park which is home to Ouray's summer concert series, and a few blocks walk to the heart of downtown our condo's location is unbeatable. The condo features a patio on the south side of the unit with a gas grill, outdoor seating, and unmatched views of the surrounding mountains.Bed Configuration:Master Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom - Bunk Bed 3rd Bedroom - Full SizeLiving room - Sleeper SofaFor guests traveling as a larger group, our condo can be rented in combination with two units properties that are part of this complex. The complex includes an upper condo (Unit A/"The Eagle's Nest") and a ground level apartment located off the back, (Unit C / Bucks Hacienda). Combined the units can sleep up to 14 people. The condo(s) are rented as individual units and can be rent all together for larger groups. Each unit has a private entrance with substantial privacy buffers from the others. This listing is only for Unit B. There is parking on the north side of the building for 2 cars for this unit. Main Street parking is also available.Our condo is pet friendly and the pet is fee is $25/per day (max. $150) with a two dog limit.We are taking special steps to prepare our home for your stay by adhering to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance on cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our normal rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the CDC’s protocols, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
