This one-of-a-kind adobe home is the perfect mountain getaway provides stunning views of the surrounding mountain landscapes, access to endless outdoor adventures, and unmatched proximity to Ridgway's quaint shops and dining establishments. Our home is the perfect all-season San Juan Mountain getaway. This home features a modern southwest style with exposed timber beams, tile flooring, stainless steal appliances, a custom stone fireplace in the main living space, and custom cabinetry throughout. The master en suite, with its second-level private deck and private bathroom, provides peaceful escape.The home also has an outdoor living space equipped with outdoor furnishings, a fire pit, a gas grill, and unparalleled views.Bed Configuration:Master En Suite: Queen Bed (Second Level)2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed (Main Level)We are taking special steps to prepare our home for your stay by adhering to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance on cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our normal rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the CDC’s protocols, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
