There is a half bath on this level for easy access. This unit has cable TV and internet. Upstairs in the master bedroom there is a King bed and an in-suite bathroom. Comfortable condo with pretty views

Convenient 2 br, 2 bath condo with great beach access. Tidy and comfortable overall. Would be nice to add wine glasses and normal coffee mugs to the kitchen inventory but stock was manageable. Enjoyed our week here.
Great service and location. Property needs some upgrades

The folks at Amelia Rentals were great to deal with. The location right on the beach is superb. But the furniture is old and run down, with one chair breaking beneath me. The condo is poorly stocked: minimal cutlery, one wine glass, very limited pots and pans, etc. There are multiple windows - including every one in the front bedroom - which can’t be opened, despite our having maintenance come out to attempt to fix. Appliances are ancient and noisy. The place needs a significant revamp.

Unit 608 Re-do

This unit took away time from my vacation w/my family while celebrating our 40th anniversary. The condo kitchen was woefully under stocked w/basic cookware, pots and pans w/lids, needing a piece or two of Corning’s ware, silverware and coffee mugs, new coffee pot, decent beach chairs, etc. Appliances are very dated but still work. We had to call for another cleaning in areas of the condo during our stay within the first hour we were there. Everything had a film on it. Bathroom shower heads barely worked they are so old, maybe 1970’s. That’s an easy fix. Info on how TV’s work and channels would be helpful. Owner should stay overnight to asses the needs of the tenant.
