Lovely updated and great location

We had a great time staying for a week in May. The washer and drier in the unit are a huge help. Also we liked how updated the kitchen and baths are! Another bonus is each bedroom has its own private attached bath. The location is close enough to walk or bike to the Beach Club and easily bike-able to South Beach.
Overall decent property in good location

The property needs a deep clean and some attention to detail. The fridge leaks a lot of water from the bottom left corner. The screen door is not attached and falls off. The sliding door to the patio does not lock. The unit smelled like urine upon entering. Bikes were in decent condition as were beach chairs, a couple were old though. Bathrooms are very small. Overall a good property but could use attention to detail.
Great Thanksgiving Week!

Our family enjoyed a week's stay at 53 Woodbine. The check-in was seamless, the views were beautiful, and the place was perfect for our family.
Good but not great
July 2022
Overall it was a decent rental but a few issues made it less appealing. The unit could benefit from a deep clean (dirty vents, dishes, bathrooms as well as a lot of bugs). One of the bikes was broken but we were able to get that easily resolved. Location is okay but not great. The pool is a 15 to 20 minute bike ride but the Beach Club is close.
