Access to the trail is a quick five minute walk away! Guests love the piney, mountain neighborhood but also the short, 2.7 mile drive to the Peak 8 Base Area! Plus, the premiere shopping, dining, and drinking that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer is only five minutes away! 

New ski season-only free shuttle route that picks up just steps from the home, taking you to the slopes at the base of Peak 9/downtown/Main St. every 20 minutes between 8 AM - 10 PM ! 
 
The views from this home are spectacular! The large, open area is heavily speckled with beautiful Colorado Aspens and Pine Trees. In the distance, Peak 8’s most popular runs are also visible. In the warmer months, guests are able to hear the thawed Blue River rushing nearby.

This home has a great layout with two living areas which easily accommodate two families. With the master bedroom upstairs, three bedrooms downstairs, private hot tub, and a large deck for entertaining, this home is perfect for making great family memories! The spacious and gorgeous kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a wet bar area, and fantastic wood floors. Families can choose between eating at the wet bar, or at the dining table located by the family room’s rustic fireplace.
