In addition to our normal rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the CDC’s protocols, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay. This is the listing for the 1,000 square foot apartment ONLY which features 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms (note the 2nd bathroom is adjacent to the master - see photo in the listing). The homes can be rented separately or together as each has substantial privacy buffers from the other.The apartment features a fully-stocked kitchen, a comfortable living space with spectacular views, a wood fireplace, and flat screen TV and a second-level deck with unmatched views of the Cimarron and Sneffel's mountain ranges. It is the perfect retreat to bask in the cool mountain air, take in the plentiful views, and create a base camp for all of your mountain adventures,the elevation is 6,985 ftThere is also a trail (for residents/guests only) out the back door that meanders several miles throughout the entire Log Hill Village area and offers amazing views.There is parking in the west garage for one car with room for one car in in front of the garage.Bed Configuration:Master Bedroom - Queen Bed (Second Floor - Stairs Required)2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Second Floor - Stairs Required - Master Accessed Through this Bedroom)4WD/AWD is strongly recommended in winter (Thanksgiving through mid-March).COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
